Terms & Conditions for Eye Massage App

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Eye Massage ("App"), developed and operated by Vision Initiative AB ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Sweden.

By downloading, installing, or using the Eye Massage app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please close and delete the App from your device.

1. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Obligations
You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

Not engage in unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering of the App.


3. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy (https://visioninitiative.se/privacy.html), which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.


4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Subscription Model: Eye Massage offers a weekly subscription with automatic renewal. The first 7 days are free, as indicated in the App.

Billing & Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds: All payments are processed through Apple or Google, and refunds are subject to their respective policies.

5. Intellectual Property
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Vision Initiative AB and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in the App remain with us.

6. No Medical Advice
The Eye Massage app is intended for self-care and relaxation purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any new wellness or health-related practices, especially if you have any underlying medical conditions. The App is not intended to replace professional medical care.

7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is," and we do not make any warranties regarding its availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We disclaim all responsibility for any damages resulting from the use of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vision Initiative AB shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or injury.

9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sweden.

11. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately when available in the App. By continuing to use the App after any changes, you agree to the revised Terms. We may notify users of changes via in-app notifications.
